For the past 12 years, Andre's practice area has been the defense of civil litigation. He has practiced in both large and small firms and has handled labor law, automobile, premises, products liability, class action and commercial matters. Andre has handled matters during all facets of litigation, from inception up through and including trial. He has also written and argued all appeals on matters he has handled.
Andre has been designated exclusive counsel for all general liability matters for a major international brokerage and investment bank headquartered in Manhattan for all New York matters. He also serves as a consultant on 9-11 respiratory matters currently pending in the Southern District of New York.
Andre is an amateur photographer and avid traveler, having been to almost sixty countries on six continents.
