Attorney Profiles

During his time at Hofstra University School of Law, Charles Served as a Judicial intern for the Honorable Stephan Bucaria at the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Commercial Division. He conducted legal research and drafted options of the Court on topics as diverse as class action certification, disclosure and summary judgment. Additionally, he participated in the Hofstra University Community and Economic Development Clinic assisting aspiring entrepreneurs with the formation of business entities or not-for-profit corporations.

As an associate with the firm, Charles has focused on the firm's insurance defense litigation. He has been involved with the research and drafting of pleadings, memorandum of law and motions on a wide variety of legal issues including involving motor vehicle accident liability, premises liability, products liability, and other general liability claims.
