Attorney Profiles

During his time at Hofstra Law School, Joshua rose from a staff member of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal to an Associate Editor. In 2008, Joshua was honored with the publication of his note, "The 'No-match' Letter Rule: A Mismatch Between the Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration in Worksite Immigration Law Enforcement".

As an associate with the firm, Joshua has been involved with the firm's municipal and school district liability caseload. He has been involved with the researching and preparation of memorandum on a wide variety of legal issues and has assisted with discovery demands and production. In addition, Joshua has enjoyed the unique privilege of working on a class action lawsuit in federal court.
