Mr. Shaw has successfully conducted more than one-hundred personal injury jury trials over the past twenty years, and authored nearly fifty appellate briefs in the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. Moreover, he has vast insurance coverage experience, having conducted scores of insurance coverage framed issue hearings and non-jury trials. He has handled all phases of personal injury litigation, from inception through trial, deposed hundreds of witnesses, and prepared countless motions.

Prior to joining the firm in early 2009, Mr. Shaw was a partner with the firm of Martin, Fallon & Mulle, where he obtained his extensive trial and appellate experience. Over the years, his prior firm's clients included State Farm Insurance Co., Lancer Insurance Co., Autoone Insurance Co., The Town of Babylon, Esurance, and Nationwide Insurance Co. Thus, Mr. Shaw has handled personal injury and property damage matters involving vehicular and premises liability, product defects, as well as municipal, insurance, and commercial matters. His prior responsibilities also included providing numerous advisory opinions to insurance carrier clientele and supervising the firm's associates.
